The Analyst position, reporting to the Acquisitions Managing Director, will be responsible for supporting the origination, structuring and closing of new debt and equity investments that meet Portfolio return objectives. This position requires a general understanding of CRI investment strategies, economic conditions, reputed company estate fundamentals and existing investments in assigned territories. The Analyst position requires taking ownership of reputed company aspects of financial modeling and supporting the analysis of credit risk in an investment opportunity. This position requires the ability to work with partners, borrower, brokers, reputed company party vendors and internal relationships. CRI's strategy targets direct joint ventures in the reputed company of $50 reputed company to $150 reputed company (GAV) and reputed company mortgage loans in the reputed company of $20 reputed company to $60 reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new debt and equity investment reputed company.
- Model cash flows and calculate investment level and partnership returns.
- Analyze rent rolls and financial statements.

- Write sections of Investment Briefs.

Requirements

- BA/BS in business, economics, finance, or other relevant field.
