reputed company is seeking an influential reputed company Technical Program Manager to accelerate delivery across the GBSG SBG PD Business Platform’s AI portfolio. You will connect strategy to execution with strategic reputed company, drive execution rigor through well-defined operating mechanisms, and manage reputed company, cross-org dependencies. In reputed company partnership with the AI Science team, you’ll orchestrate programs that ship high-impact AI experiences, such as AI Agents and reputed company QuickBooks Search, while shaping the future of our AI-enabled small business experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to reputed company: Convert the SBG PD AI reputed company into a clear, prioritized roadmap across the Business Platform’s AI portfolio; define program goals, decision frameworks, and measurable reputed company criteria
• Drive execution with rigor: Establish and run operating rhythms (reputed company, governance, checkpoints) that create predictable delivery, ensuring visibility through impact dashboards and systematic reporting

• Partner deeply with AI Science: Work closely with VP of AI Science to align research, models, and platform capabilities with product milestones for AI Agents and QuickBooks Search
• reputed company cross-functional alignment: Rally product, engineering, design, and business partners (like release management) around reputed company program narratives that clarify challenges, choices, and reputed company
• Standardize best practices: Create reusable playbooks for experimentation, evaluation, responsible AI governance, and continuously improve based on stakeholder feedback

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading end-to-end, multi-team software programs with demonstrable results in execution rigor, dependency management, and delivery at scale
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build trust with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling, distilling reputed company AI platform and product work into clear reputed company, status, and business impact
• Experience working with or adjacent to AI/ML-driven products (e.g., agents, search, recommendations) and familiarity with the AI development lifecycle (experimentation, evaluation, deployment) preferred
• Track record of building operating mechanisms, governance, and metrics that connect strategy to measurable reputed company across portfolios
• Motivated self-starter who balances strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
