The Patient Services Operations team is central to advancing our mission to reputed company reputed company and deliver an exceptional patient experience. What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company patient-facing content for our Patient Services Operations, including Help Center articles, IVR messaging, and macros.
  • Write Help Center articles that not only reputed company our patients with self-service, but also can be used to train and optimize our AI Agent to reputed company support customers.
  • Design a Help Center structure that is easy and reputed company for our patient population to navigate.
  • Craft sample messaging that accelerates our agents' ability to support patients across reputed company communication channels.
  • Design AI-reputed company content by structuring information in a way that supports conversational AI, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and alignment with patient needs.
  • reputed company content fresh and relevant by implementing processes that ensure materials reflect evolving team needs, business functions, product details, and program changes, while ensuring updates reputed company into the AI Agent’s training data.
  • Audit and refine Help Center content to maintain consistency, accuracy, and trustworthiness across reputed company- and AI-facing knowledge sources.
  • Adhere to and continue to refine a style guide to define best practices for creating patient-facing content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, reputed company Experience teams to drive consistency in content across reputed company channels and alignment with Blink’s brand.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Content Strategy, reputed company, Communications, or reputed company field. Experience in reputed company a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with technical writing and ability to reputed company samples of previous work. Experience writing for AI Agent training is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI conversational design, reputed company writing, or training AI systems with structured content.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a high bar for quality. You will be responsible for reputed company of reputed company’s patient-facing content.
  • Experience developing and following style guides and tone of voice standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate raw data and feedback into clear, actionable content improvements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience creating content specifically for contact center or customer support audiences is a plus.
