Job Summary

We're hiring full-time INBOUND phone customer service representatives to join reputed company in Waterloo, IA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, resolving customer challenges, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll work in reputed company-based environment with our Sales team members and use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls

• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
• Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home
• A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
