Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Professional Development Educator enhances professional practice and the provision of quality patient care by providing evidence-based quality educational programs and activities that promote professional aptitude for nursing, inter-professional, and non-licensed clinical staff at the assigned facility. What you will do in this role:

• Participates in the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating of reputed company and orientation programs for nursing and other reputed company personnel
• Conducts orientation in a manner that facilitates a positive learning environment. Incorporates organizational values/culture into the orientation process
• Identifies learning needs of staff and assesses practice gaps, comparing competencies to actual practice. Plans educational content with learner engagement
• Partners with the Clinical Education Market Director to review reputed company data to evaluate and refine aptitude management activities
• Demonstrates an expertise of adult educational theory and the ability to apply evaluation methodologies, (i.e., Kirkpatrick) into courses and curriculum to refine clinical programs

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained reputed company 30 days of employment start date
• (IBCLC) International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• 1 year of experience working in lactation support required
