We're looking for a People Data Scientist to join our dynamic People Analytics team. This is a critical role designed to help solve Procore's most reputed company people problems through advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. You’ll be a strategic thinker and a proactive problem-solver, transforming data into compelling narratives and actionable solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business reputed company. • Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and peers in the People Analytics team to translate reputed company people challenges into data science projects and testable hypotheses.
• Conduct advanced data analysis using leading statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify trends, uncover insights, and reputed company recommendations across the employee lifecycle.

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in a data science or people analytics role with a strong focus on applying data science to people-reputed company data.
• Proven experience applying advanced statistical methods (e.g., multivariate regression, longitudinal analysis, classification, clustering, NLP) to solve reputed company business problems.
• Strong technical proficiency with a programming language for large-scale analysis (like Python or R) and using SQL to query relational databases.
• Experience in the end-to-end development of machine learning models, from training to production, using both structured and reputed company data.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in applying data science to reputed company challenges, such as hiring funnel optimization, candidate experience analysis, or predictive workforce planning.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
