[Remote] Senior Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist, reputed company Accounts

The Senior Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the order-to-cash process for reputed company customers, providing exceptional service and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve reputed company billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated partner for our top reputed company customers, providing a personalized and proactive billing experience
• Manage a reputed company and reputed company invoicing process for our largest customers, from order intake to cash application, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Embody the role of a collections analyst by actively reconciling and analyzing moving parts of a customer's account to ensure timely payments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and other teams to resolve reputed company billing discrepancies and customer inquiries

• Interact directly with senior-level executives, both internally and externally, using your strong communication and executive reputed company to navigate sensitive situations

• Utilize your expertise in the full Order to Cash (OTC) cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and collections

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in reputed company
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in reputed company, with at least 2 years in a dedicated Order to Cash (OTC) accounts receivable, or accounts management role
• Proven ability to manage reputed company, reputed company financial processes
• Experience with supporting reputed company Customers and providing a white glove service
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving
• Exceptional analytical skills and a knack for asking the right questions to get to the root of an issue

• CPA
