As a highly consultative role, you will focus on proactive engagement to help customers avoid future issues and deliver high-impact services that strengthen customer environments and build long-term technical relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments, implementing and managing M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business.

• Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/reputed company Update, and manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions.
