Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues reputed company, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience

• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Great phone skills are required!
• Light Sales experience a plus

• Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
