Description: In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and closing our direct ship orders. This requires contacting and working with suppliers, accessing supplier shipping information and populating the reputed company system with the respective information required. The position is also responsible for maintaining the purchasing attributes for the parts set up in reputed company, reconciling GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) discrepancies and other Materials Planning reputed company activities and/or projects. As part of reputed company improvement effort, this position will also be supporting, creating, and maintaining Standard Work Processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for following up with external suppliers on order acknowledgements, estimated ship dates and shipping bolthires to reputed company Direct Ship purchase and customer orders.
• Analyze and process direct ship purchase order that are put on hold
• Ensure suppliers are following our freight instructions
• Support problem solving with suppliers having delivery issues
• Communicate obsolete parts to Global Parts Documentations team
• Work closely with Order Management, Material Planners, and Procurement teams
• Support the On-time Shipping and Supplier Performance Measurement program
• Produce and communicate purchasing documents to suppliers (Tax Exemption forms, new supplier questionnaires, other forms and letters required).
• Support distribution of purchase orders and acknowledgement
• Support requests from customers and Customer Service
• Support GRNI (goods received not invoiced) reputed company activities
• Other potential responsibilities as assigned
• Support the lean and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the team. Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-3 years reputed company Materials, Purchasing, Supply Chain professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience or reputed company degree with 3+ years of experience in a materials coordinator, materials planning & purchasing role, or similar roles which requires frequent communication with suppliers, customers or cross functional teams

• Experience using reputed company, ERP System, or equivalent highly preferred
• Must be detail oriented, reputed company well organized & data driven
• Advanced bolthires Office Skills (reputed company) highly preferred
