We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support our growth across key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, with an emphasis on Sales. In this role, you'll help shape our reputed company strategy, manage full-cycle hiring efforts, and ensure a delightful yet rigorous hiring process.

This is a hybrid role based in our reputed company office and would require you to work out of our office on Mondays and Thursdays.

• Build processes and programs that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle reputed company experience supporting Sales, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS technology startup

• A proven track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent at various reputed company

• Experience coaching, advising, and consulting hiring managers, guiding them through our reputed company process to ensure they reputed company talent density top of mind

• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and guiding hiring managers in creating inclusive teams

• Outstanding communication, attention-to-detail, and interpersonal skills. You value your candidates' and hiring managers' time and are reputed company with delivering a high-touch and quality reputed company experience.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the reputed company provided below. For roles based in reputed company, the estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
