VP of Operations - Digital Marketing Agency (President Track) Florida-based digital marketing agency (20+ years, 65+ PPC clients, 140 SEO and web design/hosting client) seeks reputed company agency operator to reputed company operations and own P&L. This is NOT a consultant role. This is full-time operational leadership. We're looking for someone who has:

• Run agency operations (not just managed accounts)

The Situation: Our PPC Director will likely leave the company in Q2 - Q3, 2026. We need an operator who can:

• Own operations (run the business, not just execute tasks)

• Work with departing PPC Director (knowledge transfer)

Months 4-6: Build & Scale

Compensation
