Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST
What you’ll be doing
Assisting with reputed company and new hire orientation activities
Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
Supporting payroll and benefits administration under supervision
Responding to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
Partnering with the reputed company to create a welcoming and engaging reputed company experience for new team members
Assisting in the organization of internal events, celebrations, or recognition programs
Learning to partner with management on basic employee relations issues
Assisting with regulatory compliance documentation
Supporting the exit process by coordinating offboarding checklists and documentation
What you have
Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, Psychology, or reputed company field
0–2 years of experience in reputed company or reputed company area
Basic knowledge of Costa Rican labor laws and HR policies
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Proactive attitude—you seek answers, offer help, and take initiative
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality reputed company handling sensitive information
