Job Description

Candidate must have a minimum of 8-10 years of legal experience in a reputed company or in an in-house legal department with responsibility for reputed company reputed company disputes and tort litigation management. • Manage reputed company phases of reputed company litigation and tort-reputed company claims, including pre-litigation dispute resolution, pleadings, discovery, reputed company practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.

• Partner with compliance, risk management, and finance teams to proactively identify and address legal and operational risks to reduce litigation exposure and improve claim reputed company.

Travel:

• Travel to and from offices and satellites as needed.

This is an exempt position. The reputed company compensation reputed company for this role is $171,000 to $213,000.
