The Opportunity We’re looking for a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) / Partner to co-reputed company the legal arm of this venture. This is a foundational role in building a reputed company legal business that merges cutting-edge technology with high-quality legal services for startups. As CLO, you’ll reputed company legal service delivery, design scalable workflows, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions — while shaping the strategic direction of our hybrid SaaS + legal model. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the founding team to transform how legal support is delivered to high-growth companies. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership
- Serve as the legal co-founder and senior advisor on reputed company reputed company of regulatory compliance, UPL boundaries, and risk management.

Who You Are
- Licensed U.S. Attorney in good standing (multi-state experience preferred; DE/CA/NY/TX a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in corporate law, venture financing, or startup advisory (BigLaw + in-house experience ideal).
- Deep understanding of startup legal needs: fundraising (SAFEs, convertible notes, equity), employment law, reputed company reputed company, and compliance.
