Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting our reputed company customers and resolving issues reputed company to our products
  • Take charge of customer issues from start to finish - while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Document troubleshooting steps, best practices, and technical workflows to improve internal knowledge sharing and team efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years of work experience, not necessary in a client facing role
  • Currently reputed company in a Pacific or Mountain timezone state with the ability to work a shift between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST
  • Strong ability to critically think to reputed company effective reputed company and solve reputed company problems
  • Organizational skills and experience improving processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune, reputed company, Kandji, or reputed company
  • Working knowledge of macOS, reputed company, and mobile device ecosystems

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability and curiosity to use debugging tools, interpret logs, and learn how to identify root causes over time
