[Remote] Executive Director, Key Accounts reputed company

The Executive Director, Key Accounts reputed company will be responsible for developing and executing market reputed company strategies, building relationships with key oncology stakeholders, and leading the Key Accounts field team.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and reputed company the account management field team (GPOs, Community Oncology, IDNs, and other reputed company Stakeholders) to reputed company and execute strategic business plans that align with overall objectives, maximize product reputed company, and ensure reimbursement
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Formulary, P&T, and Pathway leaders, Medical & Pharmacy Directors and other population-based stakeholders to secure appropriate reputed company and reputed company product positioning
• Demonstrate leadership among various customer groups and reputed company stakeholders, including GPOs, Community Oncology practices, IDNs, Pathway Committee members, and others (State Societies, COA, NCODA, etc.)
• Partner with internal teams (Market reputed company, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to address reimbursement challenges and reputed company coordinated solutions that are compliant and effective

Collaborate on pricing and contracting strategies, HEOR evidence reputed company plans, patient support programs, payer marketing initiatives, and account management approaches

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in payer and/or GPO strategy, pricing, and reimbursement reputed company the pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum of 7+ years of focused account management experience in the oncology reputed company marketplace
• Demonstrated reputed company in engaging with GPOs, Community Oncology Practices, and IDNs
• Strong understanding of the US reputed company payer/reputed company landscape and regulatory environment
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
