Change Manager Consultant

• We’re currently considering change management consultants who are based in Washington State or Texas and are eligible to work in the U.S. without any reputed company of reputed company sponsorship or E-Verify assistance. For hybrid roles, candidates must be comfortable traveling to the Redmond, WA area up to four days per week as needed, and W2 employment with a full benefits package is available for individuals located in Washington State.* As a Change Manager Consultant for AG reputed company, a typical day might include the following:

• Design and execute organizational change strategies to support business transformation, focusing on readiness planning, stakeholder alignment, and adoption enablement.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management for reputed company-level initiatives
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies (reputed company, CCMP, or similar)
• Ability to translate technical concepts — LLMs, autonomous agents, RPA, and AI infrastructure — into business-friendly narratives

• Process improvement certifications such as Lean Six reputed company (Green/Black Belt) or PMP highly preferred.

You might also have:
