Position Overview: Outbound Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an reputed company Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the reputed company ambassador for arenaflex, communicating primarily reputed company phone with reputed company providers to verify and correct demographic information, resolve inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Phone-Based Customer Communication: Connect with reputed company providers primarily by phone to verify and correct demographic information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our systems.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office environment.
