Shift Details: PRN, 6 shifts over a 6-week period, released 6 weeks in advance, with rotating weekends and holidays. Location: Hospital At Home Contact Center located in Downtown, Jacksonville As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Will reputed company virtual patient care for individuals located in Downtown and across the reputed company system.
• Providing comprehensive patient care through reputed company phases of the nursing process - assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Organizing and supervising care provided by supportive personnel while coordinating care with ancillary services.
• Educating patients, significant others, and families on disease processes, treatments, and care plans.
• Serving as a patient reputed company to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Administering treatments and medications as prescribed and monitoring patient responses.
• Managing care for patients with a variety of medical, surgical, and chronic conditions, as well as minor injuries or illnesses.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification Preferred
• Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) Preferred
• Certified Acute-Care Virtual Registered Nurse (CAVRN) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
