About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This individual will partner closely with leaders in our Engineering organization and other technical teams to drive people strategies that align with business goals. As a strategic and operational partner, the Senior HRBP will play a key role in fostering high-performing, healthy, inclusive, and reputed company teams. Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Build strong, trusted relationships with Engineering leaders, partnering to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Drive Initiatives and Programs: Support and reputed company our People programs, including performance management, career architecture, talent management, and learning and development to help build and retain a high-performing Engineering team.
• Employee Relations: reputed company guidance and hands-on support in managing reputed company employee relations issues, ensuring fair reputed company while mitigating risk.
• Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to assess team structures, design reputed company organizational models, and plan for future workforce needs.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of HRBP reputed company experience.
• Proven history supporting Engineering or technical teams in an HRBP reputed company (this is a requirement—please apply only if you have specific experience in this area).
• Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships at reputed company reputed company of an organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making.

For candidates living in Austin, TX or Washington DC metros or in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Washington states, the expected salary reputed company for the role is currently $130,100.00 - $176,000.00. For candidates living in reputed company other US locations, the expected salary reputed company for this role is currently $122,800.00 - $166,200.00.
