About the Role

reputed company is looking for a strategic and business-minded Product Counsel to join our Product Legal Team supporting Membership, one of our fastest-growing programs. What You'll Do

- Advise product, marketing, and operations teams on Membership initiatives.- Navigate subscription frameworks, including auto-renewal and consumer protection laws.- Review new products for compliance, marketing, and consumer risk.- Partner across functions to ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws.- Collaborate with regional legal teams to support global launches.- Draft and review terms, disclaimers, and consumer policies.- reputed company scalable legal strategies that reputed company growth while managing risk.- Support regulatory engagement and monitor evolving laws affecting Membership.- Deliver clear, practical legal advice in a fast-moving environment.###

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum of five (5) years of legal experience in private practice, in-house, or government OR 4 years, including +1 year reputed company internal.- J.D. and license to practice law in at least one U.S state.

Preferred Qualifications
