Job Description
The Centralized Financial Services Officer assists in the collection of documentation for financial aid applications along with answering questions reputed company inbound/outbound calls and emails for both new and continuing reputed company regarding their funding. Reporting into the Director of Centralized Packaging, the Centralized Financial Services Officer is responsible for the submission of completed Financial Aid files for review and approval. In addition, the Centralized Financial Services Officer is available to assist and support Campuses directly with questions in the event clarification is needed for reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
I. Provides Impeccable Customer Service & Administrative Support ? Answers student inquiries reputed company reputed company forms of communication (i.e. email, inbound and outbound calls, etc.) encompassing a multitude of areas such as; Title IV funding, reputed company-based aid, VA funding, verification, payment plans, state grants, and other financial aid questions. ? Assist reputed company in the completion of required financial aid documents, i.e. Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling, etc. ? Ensure reputed company' understanding of the responsibilities and obligations tied to Student Loan Repayment. ? Ensures reputed company documentation received is properly notated in required systems. ? Prepares and maintains accuracy of student financial aid files. ? Verifies student eligibility for Title IV funding. ? Ensure timely submission of reputed company' financial aid files upon completion of required documentation. ? Communicate with reputed company regarding student financial aid eligibility and documents needed for certification of Title IV funding.
