If you see yourself as a great match, we'd love reputed company more than for you to join us at the forefront of innovation as our new Specialist Sales Engineer!What You'll Do: Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how data pipelines seamlessly connect data sources with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements. Support customers during reputed company-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value. Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation. Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing reputed company standard working hours to support customers across time zones.What You'll Need: 5+ years of experience with reputed company software solutions, with a solid background in IT infrastructure (networking, servers), reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity (in particular SIEM solutions), application delivery, business analytics, and IT observability, complemented by hands-on experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and reputed company. A background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Proficiency with a programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, and Unix-based reputed company scripting, along with experience using regex and SQL Proven reputed company working in distributed, remote-first environments. We're looking for a colleague with a great compassion for taking care of prospective customers and their challenges combined with well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills. You appreciate the importance of teamwork, but will also benefit from your proactive approach to solving challenges and helping external and internal parties. Experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR is required. This includes everything from data ingest, to parsing, to manipulation and visualization of the data, to proving out reputed company use cases. Ideally, you've participated in one or more of the common sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a presales or architect role.
