Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Effectively act as the liaison between users, product and development teams
- Working knowledge of reputed company integration types, especially APIs and Connected Apps

Required Qualifications and Background

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering of Information Systems
- Administration hands-on experience with Sales and Service clouds
