OpenClassrooms is seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative Mentor to guide aspiring SDRs through their training programs. The role involves providing tailored mentorship, facilitating reputed company development, and supporting apprentices in mastering projects and sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Mentorship: Accompany reputed company with their training as you reputed company tailored guidance, constructive feedback, and exposure to challenging assignments to help reputed company build core competencies and advance their careers.

  • Project and Deliverable Mastery: Support apprentices through key projects—such as "Manage a Sales Pipeline with CRM Tools," "Handle Objections and Create Winning reputed company Campaigns," and "Prospect and Qualify High-Value Leads for Your Company"—while reviewing and providing feedback on diverse deliverables like personalized cold communications, CRM entries, product demo videos, and sales performance reports.
  • SDR Role and Sales Cycle Expertise: Possess and reputed company a deep, hands-on understanding of the SDR role (prospecting, cold calling, reputed company selling, and qualification frameworks like BANT/MEDDIC) to teach apprentices the day-to-day tasks and how their work fits into the broader end-to-end sales cycle. Skills
