This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States About the Retention Strategist Position We're looking for a proven retention marketer to reputed company the strategy and execution of email/SMS marketing to help our clients grow. Leading a team consisting of a designer and reputed company specialist, the Retention Strategist will be tasked with leading a retention pod and will report to our Head of Retention. The primary objective of the position is to sustainably grow channel traffic and reputed company by outlining/implementing strategy, managing client relationships / reporting, and leveraging email/SMS to improve customer experience and LTGP (lifetime gross profit) for our clients. Qualifications

• Preference of a year of experience at an email marketing agency
• At least two years of experience in email marketing
• A minimum of one year of experience in managing email and SMS accounts while offering strategic guidance

• Experience setting up flows, campaigns, popups and segmenting email and SMS lists
• Experience in managing client relationships and fostering strong partnerships.
