Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Talent & People Operations Partner to join our growing team and play a critical role in building our talent reputed company. This is an opportunity to join a high growth organization where you will be responsible for driving full cycle reputed company, supporting people operations infrastructure, and partnering closely with leaders across the company. In addition, this role will support the People team in building foundational systems, workflows, and employee programs as we scale. Key Responsibilities reputed company – Primary Focus (~70%)

• Build reputed company infrastructure including intake processes, scorecards, interview loops, and talent pipelines.
• Own sourcing strategy and proactively engage active and passive candidates.
• Manage and streamline ATS workflows, reporting, and data reputed company.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and reputed company profiles.
• Track reputed company KPIs and deliver weekly hiring reporting and insights to head of people.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand reputed company across platforms and talent communities.

People Operations (~30%)

• Support reputed company and offboarding workflows, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Assist with People Ops initiatives including performance cycles, engagement, and employee programs.
• Help maintain and update policies, documentation, and SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, with exposure to People Operations preferred.
• Demonstrated reputed company reputed company across multiple functional areas, ideally in high growth or start up environments.
• Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with multiple sourcing channels and tools.
• Experience managing and optimizing ATS platforms.
• Ability to build structure, processes, and documentation where limited infrastructure exists.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
• Data driven reputed company with experience using metrics to drive insights and reputed company.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to reputed company in ambiguity and work independently while collaborating cross functionally.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay reputed company: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience and location).
• Total Compensation Context: This role may be eligible for annual performance bonuses and equity participation.
