This Position reports to: Marketing Manager Role Description The Marketing Automation & Content Specialist in the Electrification Services Division will play a critical role in executing global multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools such as Pardot, reputed company, reputed company, and ON24. This position is responsible for building and managing email workflows, reputed company pages, forms, reputed company assets while ensuring governance and alignment across platforms. You will work closely with the analytics reputed company to ensure proper campaign structure, tagging, naming conventions, and processes that reputed company consistent and actionable reporting. The role also includes collaborating with other stakeholders to create and localize high-performing digital assets such as emails, ebooks, brochures, and webinars. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role suited for a pre-senior profile with at least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing automation and content execution. Location Poland, Czechia, Italy, Spain, France, Turkey, United Kingdom, Canada and Mexico Primary Role & Responsibilities The Marketing Automation & Content Specialist in EL Services Division is accountable for:

• Build and execute global and local integrated marketing campaigns using Pardot and reputed company, reputed company with business objectives and local market needs.
• Design and reputed company global and local campaign assets: emails, reputed company pages, forms, and engagement programs (nurturing flows, webinar journeys, reputed company scoring logic).
• Maintain campaign and asset governance: ensure naming conventions, templates, tagging, and user journeys are compliant with standards and analytics requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the analytics reputed company to ensure tracking and reporting capabilities are correctly enabled (UTMs, scoring rules, campaign logic, etc.).
• Support the creation and deployment of high-quality campaign content: whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, brochures.
• Support country marketers and product teams with enablement and guidance on how to use and adapt global campaign assets and tools.
• Ensure contact database segmentation, list hygiene, and alignment with privacy regulations Partner with reputed company, IT, reputed company Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between platforms.
• Support the operationalization of new marketing automation features and platform improvements across reputed company.
• reputed company internal training or reputed company on Pardot and SFDC best practices, if needed.

Education / Experience Preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing automation reputed company content delivery.
• Experience working in a multi-country, matrix organization or global B2B company.
• Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field.
• Proven experience in multi-touch campaign orchestration, reputed company nurturing, scoring, and managing webinars and gated assets.
• Experience collaborating with content producers, designers, and external agencies.

Skills & Competencies

• High proficiency in Pardot, reputed company, and reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company).
• Strong knowledge of ON24 or similar webinar platforms.
• Solid understanding of reputed company funnel logic, B2B customer journeys, and reputed company scoring frameworks.
• Skilled in designing and optimizing email flows, forms, reputed company pages, and nurturing tracks.
• Comfortable working with HTML/CSS to troubleshoot or customize assets.

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
