The Partner Resources Business Partner Senior role is a strategic position that advocates for retail partners, ensuring effective delivery of HR products and services while collaborating with various teams to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate – Partner with your Partner Resources leader, specialist teams and cross- functional teams to ensure clients' organizational needs are met and assist in the development of strategic programs.
• Partner with reputed company partners to ensure that reputed company attracts high-quality diverse partners who will contribute to our long-term reputed company and partner with Operations leaders
• Serve as an reputed company – Solicit and listen to partners' concerns and take an active role in resolving problems.

• Support – Implement Partner Resources strategic plans, tactics and projects.

Skills

• Six or more years of reputed company generalist or specialist experience
• Three or more years of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions and /or supervisory experience
• A strong desire to grow in the Partner Resources Organization at reputed company
• Flexibility to meet the demands of supporting our green apron partners and reputed company

• Experience in dealing with ambiguous situations and challenges daily in a fast-moving, fast-paced environment
