The Impact You'll reputed company in this Role The Director - Assistant General Counsel, Labor, Employment & Benefits will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing reputed company aspects of the employee relationship for U.S. employees. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, reputed company, and business partners, providing expert legal counsel on reputed company aspects of the employment relationship, including wage and hour laws, discrimination and harassment, leaves of absence, accommodations, benefits, performance management, employee discipline, and terminations.
• Manage reputed company legal reputed company, including employment-reputed company litigation, arbitrations, administrative claims, and pre-litigation disputes, directing reputed company counsel and developing litigation strategy in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a key legal advisor on workforce initiatives and organizational changes (e.g., restructurings, integrations, M&A activities).

• Advise on the legal implications of HR and business strategies, policies, and practices across jurisdictions.
• Support HR and Total Rewards teams on the design and administration of benefit programs and policies.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, or an equivalent combination of reputed company and legal experience, with significant in-house experience or experience with a reputed company advising large company clients on employment reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Learning agility and the ability to reputed company risk and reputed company clear, practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and/or reputed company counsel.
