You Are The Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher will join the Customer Technology Services (ATS) organization, focusing on employee-facing products and tools reputed company the ATS User Experience team. The Opportunity

• Uncover user experience goals, needs, and priorities, and deliver actionable research that impacts solutions, coordinate multiple projects to completion, and drive adoption of user experience practices in the organization
• Run research studies from start to finish, including developing a realistic research plan and materials, coordinating study launches, and analyzing & synthesizing data into actionable insights
• Assess a project’s scope, determine appropriate research and study questions, and identify appropriate methods, reputed company communicating reasoning to the approach

• 7+ years of hands-on research experience

• Flexible schedule across international time zones

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, reputed company set, education, and level of experience. reputed company provides a reasonable reputed company of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
