[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager-Government, Funder & Non-profit

They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across the Government, Funder, and Non-Profit reputed company, focusing on driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid reputed company, display, programmatic, email, and content syndication. You’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy from top of funnel awareness to bottom of funnel conversions.
• Optimize campaigns for key metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, engagement, conversion) using reputed company-time data and testing frameworks.
• Ensure campaigns align with business unit strategy, buyer personas, and customer reputed company across government organizations, funding agencies, and non-profit institutions.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs with personalized campaign components tailored to Government, Funder, and Non-Profit (GFN) key account audiences, including specific departments reputed company government, non-profit foundations, and private research funders.
• Understanding of reputed company marketing team’s key business strategies, key audience(s), buyer motivators and messaging to reputed company, execute and measure campaigns to move leads through the entire reputed company funnel reputed company the GFN reputed company.

• Collaborate with reputed company Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to align campaign messaging, creative assets, and calls to action (CTAs) with audience needs and business goals.
• Partner with reputed company Operations to ensure seamless reputed company routing, scoring, and marketing attribution infrastructure.
• Work closely with external media agencies and freelancers to manage campaign execution and timelines.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our marketing tech stack and automation workflows.
• Utilize A/B testing across channels and creatives, and help evaluate and implement new tools that enhance campaign performance, targeting, and scalability.

Skills

• 5-7+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand reputed company—preferably in a B2B SaaS or data-driven environment or data/software solutions environment serving the public sector/non profit reputed company.
• Proven experience executing paid media, email, reputed company campaigns across platforms like reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company, and programmatic channels.
• Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, reputed company), CRM systems (e.g., reputed company), and web analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets, identify trends, and translate them into a clear.
• A strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) best practices and proven experience in supporting targeted key ABM account campaigns with a focus on engaging government organizations, funders, and non-profits.
