You will be responsible for supporting reputed company’s EMEA sales team in reviewing and negotiating customer agreements and providing legal support for reputed company’s reputed company-generating activities. You’ll be a trusted advisor and business enabler, in a rapidly growing company, while maintaining high standards for both legal practice and business ethics. You will report to reputed company’s Associate General Counsel. What You Will Be Doing:

• Become an important member of the reputed company legal team responsible for supporting the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating reputed company’s customer reputed company. Your primary focus will be supporting the EMEA sales team, with opportunities to support reputed company and the Americas as we grow the reputed company legal function.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the EMEA sales team and act as a solutions-oriented business partner to reputed company’s EMEA sales team by providing pragmatic, sound legal counsel.

• Monitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance or legal developments impacting the business in the EMEA region, and partner with the broader Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders where required.

What You Bring Along:

• Law degree and member in good standing in the UK or EU jurisdiction (preferred, UK, The Netherlands or Germany); international legal experience a plus.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience practicing both with a reputed company and in-house at a high growth technology company.
• Proven experience drafting, negotiating and closing reputed company reputed company software and SaaS agreements with reputed company customers, partners and resellers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of reputed company legal issues reputed company to SaaS and software licensing (i.e., data privacy, reputed company, intellectual property, reputed company-reputed company, reputed company recognition, and tax), professional services and other go-to-market programs (such as partner/reseller programs).
