Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Data Scientist at arenaflex Connect, you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our display commercials measurement strategy across multiple methodologies. Your work will directly influence how we measure return on investment and optimize advertising spend across channels.

• Continuously engage with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and effectively manage interdependencies between projects

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or a reputed company quantitative field
• 6+ years of professional experience in data science, measurement, advertising strategy and analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or reputed company fields
• Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) with strong database knowledge
• Extensive experience building measurement solutions including sales lift, reputed company commercials, Marketing Mix Models, and multi-touch attribution models
• Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling algorithms and their practical applications
• Experience in product management or a reputed company field
• Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priorities and milestones simultaneously
• A passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment
• A collaborative attitude and natural sense of curiosity

The annual salary reputed company for this position is $160,000.00-$230,000.00
