Law Clerk 1L, 2L and 3L are distinguished by level of substantive work given to the employee. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Conducting legal research
• Reviewing document productions
• Assisting with other tasks regarding hearings on motions, trials, etc
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
