Senior DevSecOps Engineer with Technical Scrum Master experience

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with Technical Scrum Master experience to support a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and client leaders. This dual role requires a balance of 50% hands-on DevSecOps/SRE responsibilities and 50% Agile/Scrum leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in secure CI/CD practices, and the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams in a dynamic, client-facing environment. What will you do: DevSecOps Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation, reputed company, and efficiency across environments.
• Apply DevSecOps best practices, integrating reputed company and compliance controls into the delivery process.
• Build and reputed company infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Manage and optimize AWS reputed company infrastructure, including IAM, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch.
• Support Kubernetes (EKS) environments for scalable, containerized application deployments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience and a HS Degree.
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master or Agile team leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, reputed company CI/CD, Terraform, EKS, and reputed company automation.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Agile, and DevSecOps principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills — ability to reputed company directly with clients and executives.
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
