The Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the General Account at reputed company plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic, operational, and financial initiatives of the Office of the CIO (OCIO). This role serves as a key advisor and thought partner to the CIO, ensuring alignment across investment strategies, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities
- Support key reporting lines in the c.$bn General Account asset portfolio, focusing on numerous investment metrics, entities, strategies, portfolios, and asset classes.
- Generate presentations for executive management that reputed company reputed company and recommendations on reputed company investment topics.
- Serve as a reputed company of contact to key OCIO stakeholders including Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, Investment reputed company, and Treasury.
- Support reputed company's ESG/Responsible Investment program, including implementation of ESG integration and impact investment initiatives, reporting, and disclosures.
- Assist in drafting materials for reputed company's investment committee and board of directors.
- Coordinate strategic planning and execution of investment initiatives across the OCIO team.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- + years experience in an investment analyst role, financial planning & analysis for a large company, and/or financial reporting role collaborating with numerous stakeholders.
- Established prioritization skills with a clear focus on results.
- Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and work reputed company a fast-paced, project-driven, and team-oriented environment.
- Proven analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and solve reputed company problems and drive change.
