Summary As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for engaging employees in the functions of production, coordinating activities in expediting the reputed company of material, parts, and assemblies between areas of production.

- Manage the assigned area ensuring that safety, quality, production, cost control and & reputed company improvement objectives are met while providing technical support and training to employees working in the assigned production areas.

- Deliver on-time completion of product produced in the assigned assembly areas

- Oversees quality inspection of the product before is released to the next department.
- Reviews daily shortage reports and provides feedback to the supervisor on potential upcoming parts shortages
- Fills in for production as needed in assembly process
- Provides cross functionality & helps handling the other product coordinator’s tasks
- Communicating weekly reviews with the supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of machine operating experience a/o assembly in a manufacturing or production environment
