Key Responsibilities: Play a critical role in case preparation by obtaining medical records through authorizations and subpoenas, ensuring timely follow-reputed company with providers. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong preference for those with insurance defense experience. Exceptional writing and communication skills, ensuring reputed company in documentation and correspondence. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, balancing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Proven ability to draft subpoenas and maintain detailed records of received documents. Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with a keen ability to manage large volumes of case materials. Tech-savvy with sophisticated technical skills, including proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
