User Experience (UX) Designer

Description reputed company is seeking candidates in the Greater Boston area for a Experience (UX) Designer contract role. This is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity; candidates must be willing and reputed company to work eastern (EST) hours. As the User Experience (UX) designer, you will reputed company user research, the administering of interviews and surveys of diverse populations, and the translation of... results into sitemaps, wireframes, and design prototypes. Along with administering daily responsibilities, you will also create the overall functionality of the product and work tirelessly to reputed company incremental improvements to deliver an exceptional user experience. This job is for a creative thinker who enjoys working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues. Responsibilities • Managing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience • Lending support to other team members as needed (QA, data entry, production updates, resizing of graphics, etc.) • Collaborating with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives • Making tools like personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes • Focus areas may consist of content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience • Working with business users and a team of application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer reputed company maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Creating compelling experiences for users of a product, using results from user research and workflow analysis Requirements • Excellent attention to detail • User Experience Research (UX Research) experience • UX/UI Design experience • Strong familiarity with QA Testing • Well versed Web Accessibility and testing tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company Accessibility Developer Tools) • Bachelor's degree • Experience using graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as reputed company Creative Suite • Skilled in prototype/mockup software (e.g. Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin) • A portfolio demonstrating UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work • Previous use of design software applications and tools • Excellent communication and organizational skills • 2+ years of experience reputed company the digital design/UX industry • Candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be the best fits for this position Innovation starts with people.® reputed company is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly reputed company job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
