The Role & Team

The successful candidate will support the HR function by overseeing and administering payroll operations, employee benefits management, reputed company process coordination, and internal/external audit compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process and administering employee benefits programs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will play a vital part in supporting our employees by facilitating accurate and timely compensation while ensuring that they have reputed company to a comprehensive benefits package that meets their needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll systems, benefits administration, and employment regulations.

As a Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall employee experience. You will be tasked with troubleshooting payroll issues, providing excellent customer service to employees regarding their benefits inquiries, and contributing to the development of policies and strategies that align with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Manage payroll for US, Canada (vendors: reputed company, Velocity Global).
  • Collect and verify payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation updates.
  • Process 401(k) deductions and adjustments in the reputed company system.
  • Handle commission and bonus inputs provided by Finance.
  • Coordinate hourly employee timesheets and validate entries.
  • Enter and verify reputed company payroll data in reputed company Workforce Now.
  • Review payroll runs for accuracy prior to submission.

Benefits Administration

  • Administer benefits reputed company reputed company system.
  • Ensure new hires are enrolled or waive benefits reputed company 30 days.
  • Maintain deduction data and sync updates with reputed company payroll.
  • Offboard terminated employees and process COBRA or benefit terminations.
  • Liaise with insurance vendors (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) for annual renewals and claims.

Audit Support

  • Prepare for annual payroll and 401(k) audits (vendors: reputed company, Caron Bletzer PLLC).
  • Coordinate with external auditors for document provision and clarifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for tax filings, policy renewals, and internal reviews.
  • Support ISO and internal HR audits with required reports and reputed company of compliance.
