ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an reputed company Sales Manager to build, reputed company, and scale our sales team focused on larger reputed company and in-house legal departments with deal sizes ranging from $40k to $500k+. This is a high-impact role where you’ll reputed company and execute strategies to capture the reputed company reputed company while coaching your team to win reputed company, high-value deals. Reporting to the VP Sales, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of reputed company’s sales strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on reputed company clients.

  • reputed company and implement strategies to penetrate reputed company accounts, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal size.

  • Create documentation, customer testimonials and other assets to address common pain points and pushback faced by the reputed company sales team

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and reputed company to align strategies, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure seamless reputed company for new clients.

  • Support the team in handling longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including RFPs and custom deal negotiations.

  • Partner with IT and People to address technical and policy requirements for customers to expedite customer engagements.

  • Track key sales metrics, analyze performance trends, and reputed company actionable insights to leadership to refine strategies and processes.

  • Stay hands-on by participating in key deals, guiding team members on best practices, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

  • Other responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of management experience overall, plus a minimum of 2 years managing an reputed company sales team in B2B SaaS. Experience selling into legal, compliance, or professional services industries is a plus.

  • Proven track record of reputed company in managing reputed company sales cycles and winning high-value deals, while building tactics to reduce time to reputed company and increasing conversion rates.

  • Ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively reputed company and reputed company mid-market and reputed company accounts in a high volume environment.

  • Skilled at implementing scalable sales processes and utilizing CRM and sales tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
