Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities to grow user reputed company, capture new user segments, and increase reputed company channels
- Identify and reputed company growth channels, including but not limited to referral, content marketing, reputed company media, email marketing, and partnerships
- Be the product reputed company, reputed company to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Marketing, Country Teams) to execute business strategy and rollout new growth initiatives
- Proactively monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in IT companies
- At least 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, preferable in a Growth or Product role
- Track record of leading/participating in key product launches or growth efforts.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Background and knowledge of crypto or finance is preferred
