The Business TA team hires for our Business functions across reputed company, such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, People, Design, Content, and reputed company (Workplace Experience). We are looking for an Australia based Senior reputed company Partner to join the Business TA team.

• Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs

• Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent

• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences

• Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to reputed company high-quality, inclusive hiring reputed company

• Contributing to global TA initiatives
