They will be triaging incoming telephone calls from clients, assessing needs, giving appropriate telephone triage clinical options and facilitating referrals to primary providers, health care facilities and community... resources and scheduling appointments as needed. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing appropriate health information as well as triaging the patient to the most appropriate level of care. By utilizing assessment skills and comprehensive nursing skills in conjunction with established medical protocols, he/she will reputed company telephone triage advice, education, and triage reputed company a full reputed company of reputed company. The Registered Nurse (RN) must respond to and triage telephone calls in a timely and professional manner and must meet documentation requirements.
