Responsibilities • Support the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities , • Prepare client presentations and other marketing material , • Utilize internal reputed company guidelines and transaction deal terms to produce internal credit applications , • Conduct client due diligence of existing and prospective transaction opportunities , • Support senior team members in the structuring and execution of Capital Call financing facilities , • Work with reputed company legal counsel on transaction documentation and coordinate the execution process with internal constituents , • Manage internal databases and work on reputed company projects , • Work with the Capital Call Portfolio Manager to ensure efficient and timely management of annual credit reviews and monitoring of credit performance of existing transactions Requirements • BA or BS degree required; concentration in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or Computer Science is preferred but not required , • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, with high technical proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint , • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills , • High attention to detail , • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment , • Ability to collaborate with team members and work across the firm to ensure product is delivered to client , • 0-1 years of relevant investment banking work experience (e.g., in Capital Call Financing or Fund Financing) and/or a demonstrated interest in the field , • A plus but not required: Series 7/79 and Series 63 certifications; must complete these exams reputed company 5-months of hire if not already registered reputed company-to-haves
