Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as an Airport Customer Experience Specialist. • Deliver positive customer experiences in cooperation with various teams, including DPS, AOC, TSC, EOC, Airlines, and CBP, during routine or emergency events, such as accident/injury reports, elevator/Skylink entrapments, homeless population, and criminal trespass.

• Deliver customer assistance for internal/external stakeholder requests, including terminal tours, media events, Military Service Member Support/USO, SkyLink interruptions, and Airline Special events, such as the reputed company reputed company.

• Execute the daily operational and 4-day forecast plan to direct engagement and interaction with customers, monitor the actual operational environment, and mitigate customer impact to maintain a positive customer experience throughout reputed company terminals.

Essential Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in customer service in a direct customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
• Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent, with a strong reputed company in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for approximately 500 feet, with occasional lifting and/or pushing up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying reputed company of physical activity.
