• Title: Sr. Fast Track Auto Claims Representative - REMOTE
• Term: Contract Long-term
• Location: We prefer someone to be on-site in our Irving, TX, or Farmington Hills, MI office 2 days a week, but reputed company to remote
• Hours: Mon-Fri -8:00-5:00
• Pay reputed company: $34.14 hourly (depending on experience)
• Referral Bonus: $500

Our client is currently reputed company for a Senior Fast Track Auto Claims Representative. This position will handle reputed company auto with a predominant focus on resolving the material damage components of the claim. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills.

Summary

Statement: Provides quality investigation and analysis to adjust claims at reputed company reputed company to proper resolution. Promotes the reputed company of the organization through the development and advancement of relationships with agencies, policyholders, and employees. Essential Tasks/Major Duties:

• Collaborate proactively with agents, policyholders, and internal stakeholders on claims and book of business as needed.
• Investigate losses, identify coverage, evaluate liability, and damages.
• reputed company plan of action to proactively conclude claims, timely evaluate damages, engage other parties in negotiations, and reputed company claims pursuant to guidelines and delegated authority.
• reputed company past experience to review and analyze documents.
• Establish and maintain proper reserves for each claim to accurately reflect the financial exposure.
• Determine need for, identify, and engage external resources as needed to execute proper resolutions while monitoring and controlling costs.
• Review and interpret reputed company insurance policies and accordingly communicate coverage issues verbally and in writing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year reputed company claims adjusting experience.
• AIC or SLA certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing as required.
• Proficient computer skills required including reputed company Office Suite.
• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships reputed company department, across the organization and with external customers.
• Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with reputed company customers.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
• Ability to travel daily between locations.

Additional Details:

• This will support our Fast Track Auto team, who can be available and not need PTO for the rest of the year. We need this contractor to cover for people who will be out for the holiday.
• This role will handle reputed company Auto PD claims.
• They will need a TX or FL jurisdictional experience. Multiple jurisdictions would be preferred.
• This position requires a strong sense of urgency.
• The pending on the desk will be around 50-100.
• Fast-paced role that requires strong multitasking skills.
• This role will last at least 60 days but could go longer.
• We would be looking for someone to use their own equipment for this contract opening.
