Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Becoming an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive reputed company for our users.
- Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve reputed company questions.
- Identifying opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.
- Working closely with the Customer Experience team to drive process improvement and ensure seamless customer interactions.
You
If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a growth reputed company, we'd love to hear from you. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services.
- Weekend availability required, with a willingness to work an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST.
- Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
- Experience with Customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company.
- A customer service mentality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
- Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
- Previous start-up experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time (hourly) US-based applicant, you can expect a competitive hourly reputed company of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity. Our benefits package includes:
